Please note that the College is accepting future applications for 2027 and 2028 from 20^th April 2026.

Before you begin your application, please ensure you know whether you are submitting an in- catchment or out- of- catchment application. The College catchment map can be accessed via the following link https://www.qgso.qld.gov.au/maps/edmap/

For in-catchment enrolments​

To apply for enrolment at Earnshaw State College from prep to year 12 please click the below link to access the online portal. 

Once your online application is received an administration officer will be in touch within 48 hours to organise a time for an interview.

Please bring the following documentation to the interview:

• Birth certificate/Citizenship/Passport documents
• ​ Visa documents (if applicable)
• Most recent school reports (not applicable for Prep applications)
• Most recent NAPLAN report (if your child sat the most recent exam)
• Current proof of residence e.g., an RTA lease agreement, rates notice or contract of sale 
• An RTA Bond Receipt will be required for all lease agreements 
• A recent bill (electricity or gas)
• The principal may request confirmation of rent payments, as well as other supporting documentation, at their discretion.

For out-of-catchment enrolments​​

Students may apply as an out of catchment enrolment.

To apply for an out-of-catchment enrolment at Earnshaw State College from prep to year 12 please click the below link to access the online portal. 

Once your online application is received an administration officer will be in touch within 48 hours to organise a time for a call from our executive team. 

Please bring the following documentation:

• Birth certificate/Citizenship/Passport documents
• Visa documents (if applicable)
• Most recent school reports (not applicable for Prep applications)
• Most recent NAPLAN report (if your child sat the most recent exam)
