At ​Earnshaw State College, we deliver the Australian Curriculum through a consistent and collaborative approach.

Our teachers engage in a rigorous planning process to ensure strong alignment between curriculum intent, assessment, teaching and learning, and reporting. This shared understanding supports high-quality, purposeful learning experiences for all students.

Our focus is on excellence in teaching and learning. Our college staff is a diverse, highly qualified team of professionals and paraprofessionals dedicated to supporting the success and wellbeing of every student.

Our curriculum programs are designed to be inclusive, enabling all students to access and actively participate alongside their peers. Targeted supports are embedded to address individual learning needs.

Our English as an Additional Language or Dialect (EAL/D) teacher, together with a dedicated team of teacher aides and support from the College’s International Department, work collaboratively to ensure newly arrived students are well supported in accessing the curriculum.

As a Prep to Year 12 college, we offer a seamless approach to curriculum, teaching, learning, and personal ​development across all stages of schooling.

Our curriculum is future-focused, designed to engage and inspire students to achieve their personal best. We foster a positive, supportive college culture that motivates students to learn, builds confidence, and develops the skills needed for future success

Earnshaw State College delivers both academic and vocational courses.

Our highly qualified team of specialist teachers and teacher aides use evidence-based, differentiated teaching to support every student’s success and wellbeing.
