About the P&C

The Parents and Citizens’ association (P&C) works closely with the school administration to benefit the students at our school.

At Earnshaw, the P&C is involved in:
  • Consulting with financial planning, budgeting and school policies
  • Managing the Tuckshop and Bookshop
  • Assisting with school functions
  • Planning events and fundraising activities
  • Applying for grants

Being a member of the P&C is a great way to learn what’s happening at our school.  Even if you can’t attend regular meetings, helping out with events is always greatly appreciated and is a way to be involved in your school community.

The Parents and Citizens (P&C) Association meets at 6.30 pm on the third Tuesday of each month during school terms. Meetings are usually held in B5 (entry via main admin office foyer).

Visit the calendar page for dates.

The P&C operates the following activities within the college:

  • President: Kaylene Donaldson

  • Vice-president: Angela Greathead, Jenny Enkera and Evan Trendall

  • Secretary: Mari Thomson

  • Treasurer: Sharyn Roddick

  • Co-treasurer: Kerry Taylor
