Baseball excellence academy
Earnshaw State College prides itself on providing learning pathways which allow students to pursue courses of study that support their academic and physical performance goals. Our commitment to this philosophy has led to the implementation of the Baseball Academy to support the growing popularity of Baseball in the Banyo community and the Metropolitan North geographical region.
The Baseball Academy has been designed to provide players with the opportunity to further develop their Baseball skills whilst meeting the national curriculum requirements as set out by the Australian Curriculum, Assessment and Reporting Authority.
Performing Arts academy
Earnshaw State College prides itself on providing extra-curricular activities which allow students to pursue
their interests whilst supporting their academic and creative goals. Our commitment to this philosophy has
led to the implementation of the Performing Arts Academy to support the growing popularity of the arts at
Earnshaw State College.
The Performing Arts Academy has been designed to provide students with the opportunity to further
develop their skills in the areas of drama, dance and choral music.
The Performing Arts Academy aims to:
▪ provide students (with identified artistic talent) with an opportunity to develop their performance
skills,
▪ allow students to engage with the wider performing arts community, with opportunities to attend
live performances,
▪ increase students’ knowledge and competency in the area of performance.
