Enrolments at state schools occur continually throughout the year.   

Enrolment p​rocess

  1. Please phone or visit the appropriate college administration office to request an enrolment information pack (prep–year 6: junior school office, years 7-12: main college office) or download our enrolment form (PDF, 336 KB)​.
  2. Return the completed enrolment form to the appropriate office.
  3. Make an appointment through the appropriate office for an enrolment interview with the respective Head of School.

What to bring to the interview?

  • Student’s birth certificate.
  • Recent past report.
  • Any other information relating to student’s education needs (specialist reports e.g. speech language).
  • Non-Australian residents should present their passport to allow school staff to sight and photocopy their current visa of entry. 

What is discussed at the enrolment interview?

  • P-12 Curriculum Framework.
  • Student Dress Code.
  • Responsible Behaviour Plan for Students – College Rules (responsible/respectful/safe).
  • Media Permission / ICT Agreement.
  • Absences.
  • Booklists – stationery requirements.
  • School levies.


Prep enrolment interviews are conducted in term 3 of the year prior to the commencement of prep. All children entering the prep year must have attained the age of 5 by 30 June in the year they enrol in prep. Prep enrolments during the school year are treated the same as other year levels as above.
